Our Commitment to Quality
At Independent Care & Support Ltd, your safety and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. Our most recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection rated us “Requires Improvement” (April 2023). We take this seriously and have acted quickly.
What we’ve done
- Submitted a comprehensive action plan to the CQC
- Introduced enhanced staff training and supervision
- Strengthened our governance, audits, and care planning systems
- Invested in technology and support to ensure care is timely and consistent

- To restore our previous Good rating and move beyond it — providing a safe, effective, and responsive service that families can trust
